AD 2.20local traffic regulations
1. Engine test operation shall be held at the RWY 03L THR. Engine test of 5 minutes or less may be held on parking position with idle engine operation. Prior to engine testing two-way communications shall be established on tower frequency. All safety measures shall be taken in testing area by operator itself performing engine test. 2. In order to maximize runway capacity, aircraft shall minimize runway occupancy time. Departing aircraft on receipt of the line-up clearance, shall taxi to position as soon as possible. Cockpit checks shall be completed prior to line up. Aircraft that can not comply with these requirements shall notify ATC as soon as possible. 3. Aircraft taxiing on apron shall use minimum power due to proximity of terminals and installation. 4. To avoid FOD on maneuvering area, heavy aircraft shall taxi with minimum total jet blast effect at all times. 5. The following limitation are applicable at Bandar Abbas Aerodrome: - Stop landing operation if ground visibility is less than 1000 meters. - Stop landing and take-off operation if the cross wind is more than 15 knots. - Stop landing and take-off if the RWYCC (RWY Condition Code) is 2 and less.

AD 2.23additional information
1- Intensive birds' accumulation observed over the field and in the vicinity of AD. 2- Strolling animals observed on the movement area. 3- Heavy aircraft are permitted to make 180 ° turn only at the end of RWY in use. 4- Hook barriers: RWY 21L: First one PSN at 55M beyond THR RWY 03R and already engaged. Second one emergency barrier PSN at 885m after THR RWY 21L and will be engaged by prior arrangement during emergency cases with HGT 8 CM AGL. Two yellow metal boxes exist on both sides of RWY 21L (for covering hook barriers EQPT) at 885M from RWY 21L, dimension: 3x3.5M, distance from CL RWY 21L is 40M, height is 3FT. Other operation facilities of emergency hook barrier are located on both sides of RWY 21L, distance from CL RWY 21L is 26M and height is 40CM. Two concrete bumps are located at PSN 810M after THR RWY 21L, and distance from RWY 21L CL 25.5M and height is 20CM. RWY 21R: First one PSN at 174M beyond THR RWY 03L (already engaged). Second one (emergency hook barrier) PSN at 713M after THR RWY 21R, and will be engaged by prior arrangement during emergency cases. HGT during engagement is 8 CM AGL Other operation facilities of emergency hook barrier are located 24.5M from CL RWY 21R, height 40CM. RWY 03R: PSN at 58M beyond THR RWY 21L (already engaged) height is 8CM. 5- NET barriers: RWY 21L: PSN at SWY RWY 21L, 60.8M beyond THR RWY 03R, it will be engaged by prior arrangement. HGT During engagement is 18FT AGL 6- Military aircraft are not authorized to use civil ramp without prior coordination with appropriate airport authorities. 7- Isolated aircraft parking position for unlawfully interfered and bomb threat aircraft located at TWY A and for loading and unloading dangerous goods located at TWY E. 8- CARAVAN building exists at: - Right side of RWY 21L, 141M from RWY CL, position at 271346N 0562305E. 9- Two concrete bumps are located at PSN 810M after THR RWY 21L and 3M from edge of RWY 21L, height 20CM.
