AD 2.20local traffic regulations
1. Traffic circuit not authorized on right-hand pattern RWY 33 or left-hand pattern RWY 15. 2. Fuel dumping area is located on area with following specifications: between radial 240 and 270, 15 to 30 DME from TBS VOR/DME with following coordinates: 334153N 0562006E, 334112N 0563534E, 333337N 0563728E and 332746N 0562340E.
