OISO — Charts & procedures

1- All arrival and departure flights shall obtain ATC clearance from Shiraz APP to enter Shiraz CTR/TMA. 2- FPL shall be submitted for flights departing Zarghan except local flights operating in OISO ATZ and related areas

1. All departures from Zarghan shall be coordinated with Shiraz APP 10 minutes before departure via direct telephone call to Shiraz APP (+987137205944). The following information shall be provided: - Aircraft call sign - Aircraft type - Destination - Requested level - ETA or EET - Any other necessary information Then, based on the outbound track from Zarghan airport, the following procedures shall apply: Outbound track from Zarghan in sector 090° – 325° clockwise: a. After departure, make spiral climb over Zarghan airport to 8500FT. b. Maintain 8500 FT while orbiting over Zarghan until contact with Shiraz APP is established; after receiving clearance from APP, leave overhead Zarghan and proceed accordingly. Climb clearance shall be obtained from Shiraz APP. Outbound track from Zarghan in sector 326° – 089° clockwise : After departure, proceed according to FPL and climb as instructed by Shiraz APP. 2. Procedure for aircraft arriving at Zarghan Based on the direction of flight, the following procedures apply:  Arriving from Southeast, South, and Southwest of Shiraz TMA: a. Proceed to Kavar (SYZ R165/25NM) while flying clear of D20 or D48, maintaining last assigned level b. Remain over Kavar until clearance from Shiraz APP is obtained then proceed according to clearance.  Arriving from West, Northwest, North, Northeast and East of Shiraz TMA: a. Proceed to Banesh (SYZ R345/30NM) or Marvdasht (SYZ R030/30NM), maintain last assigned level. b. Continue to Zarghan according to clearance. Report termination of flight to Shiraz APP via telephone (+987137205944) as soon as possible after landing.

1- Aerodrome is surrounded by high terrain and manmade obstacles. 2- Strolling animals exist on movement area. 3- Aerodrome is in vicinity of cultural heritage and industrial complexes. Use maximum caution. 4- Avoid crossing or flying near Shiraz airport overhead, final, takeoff area, and approach and departure areas except with explicit clearance from Shiraz APP.
